Emails with missing images

It has come to our attention that some customers are experiencing missing images in email notifications with select Swann Network Video Recorders.
Recorders are required to place priority on the recording from cameras.  From time to time, other features of the recorder may need to be interrupted to make sure that the necessary resources are devoted to recording.  This may affect the email alerts.
Emails can be interrupted by a number of issues which are out of the control of user or vendor, and therefore, do not provide a guaranteed level of service.  Email support is provided on a 'best-effort delivery' basis, and unfortunately sometimes there can be interruptions to the service.
We are still investigating to determine if there is anything that can be done to mitigate the loss of the email images.  Notifications of any changes will be made on the Swann Technical Support website.
