Swann Security App
A camera can only be paired to a single Swann Security account. If you want to register the camera to another account, you'll first need to unpair the camera from the account it's currently registered to.
If you try to pair to another Swann security account, you will get error code 2002. If you get this error, please request a chat for "remote access" and follow the Swann Assistant troubleshooting to know what is needed to unpair from the previous account.
For DVRs and NVRs with Cameras
To access the camera on multiple devices or phones, you must login to the same Swann Security account.
If you do not wish to share your Swann Security account access with multiple users, you can create other user logins in the recorder. See Smart Security User Manual.
Other users can use HomeSafe View app on their devices as long as the P2P ID and the username and password of other recorder login profiles are shared.
For Standalone WiFi Security Cameras
Unlike recorders, standalone WiFi cameras can only be paired and viewed on a single Swann Security account.
To access the cameras on multiple devices, you must login to the same Swann Security account that the camera is paired to.

DVRs and NVRs with Cameras
More than one user/phone can access the same product using the compatible app as long as the UID or P2P ID, admin username and password of the recorder are known.
