Error in iOS: User account does not exist
Error in Android: The user's account does not exist
This error appears when trying to login to Swann Security app with an account that does not exist or has not been created yet.
The account cannot be created via the recorder's Startup Wizard nor any website.
- Please ensure you create a Swann Security account first by tapping on Register (iOS) or Sign up (Android) at the bottom of the page. See steps here: Swann Security App Manuals
- Double-check the spelling of the email address typed in the app.
- If you used the Swann Security app before but you have multiple email addresses, try each email address you have to identify the one that you registered.
