If you have purchased a Swann product online or in-store from an authorized retailer/stockist and wish to return the item, you must initiate the return process through the original place of purchase and adhere to their return policy.
Purchases from an authorized retailer/stockist come with a standard warranty, which includes repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This requires troubleshooting with our Technical Support team prior to issue of RA approval for warranty claim.
