Any Swann smart or cloud IP cameras, DVRs, or NVRs that do not use our Swann Security app or HomeSafe View app, are considered end-of-line products. We will no longer be providing technical assistance over the phone or live chat, updates, or any further maintenance for these products.
We understand that this decision may impact some of our customers, and we want to assure you that it was not made lightly. Instead, it is part of our commitment to delivering innovative and cutting-edge solutions to meet your evolving needs.
The Swann Security app was launched in 2019 and is now relied on by over 500,000 users across the globe. If you are currently using an end-of-line product, we recommend considering an upgrade to one of our latest offerings, compatible with Swann Security, to benefit from enhanced features, improved security, and ongoing support.
