I purchased extended warranty from the retailer. Can I get a replacement? Follow
Extended warranty repair or replacement must be claimed from the retailer if you purchased it from the store. Please contact the store where you purchased your product regarding their return policy if your product is beyond the 12-month Swann standard warranty period.
Note: Extended warranty purchased from an authorized retailer is not the same as extended warranty purchased via Swann's Secure+ Plan subscription.
