Our cloud partner, Amazon Web Services (AWS), is currently experiencing a severe outage, causing some interruptions to our Swann Security cloud platform.
Due to the nature of the outage, affected customers may experience performance degradation while using the Swann Security app, and some features such as schedules, modes, notifications, etc., may not function as expected.
Service outage was reported at around 2 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Update: All Services are now restored and back to normal as of 12:21 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
