Make sure that Audio is enabled (box should be white) under the Output tab of the Display menu screen of the DVR.
Then, make sure to enable Record Audio (box should be white) as well under the Recording menu for Main Stream AND Sub Stream encoding parameters.
Check the volume level that is on the myDVR software or on the browser. Make sure that the camera that has the audio is selected.
