If you already have an active subscription and you are looking to manage or update your plan, please check the guides below. Please note that you can only manage your subscription on the same device type you originally subscribed (i.e. via Web, iOS, or Android device).

*Cancellation must be done on the same platform you originally made the subscription.

To manage your Secure+ Service Plans, follow the steps below.

Option 1: via Google Pay for Android devices
	Open the Google Playstore on your Android Device. Tap on your Profile ID (Top right corner of the screen). Tap Payments and subscriptions. Tap Subscriptions. Select Swann Security on the list. Tap Cancel subscriptions at the bottom of screen to end your subscription plan.
Option 2: via Swann Security app on Android phone (Hamburger Menu)
	Open the Swann Security app on your phone. Tap the "hamburger menu" (Top left corner of the screen). Tap Secure+ Plans menu on the list. Tap MANAGE PLAN. Tap CANCEL PLAN to end your subscription plan.
Option 3: via Swann Security app on Android phone (App footer)
	Open the Swann Security app on your phone. Tap Devices menu (Bottom right corner of the screen) and then Secure+ Plans option  (Top menu on the same screen). Tap MANAGE PLAN. Tap CANCEL PLAN to end your subscription plan.

Option 1: via Apple Pay for iOS devices
	Open the Apple App Store on your iOS Device. Tap on your Profile ID (Top right corner of the screen). Tap Subscriptions. Select Swann Security on the list (if you have more than one subscriptions). Tap Cancel subscriptions to end your subscription plan. Click here for more info
Option 2: via Swann Security app on iOS phone (Hamburger Menu)
	Open the Swann Security app on your phone. Tap the "hamburger menu" (Top left corner of the screen). Tap Secure+ Plans menu on the list. Tap MANAGE PLAN. Tap Cancel Subscription to end your subscription plan.
Option 3: via Swann Security app on iOS phone (App footer)
	Open the Swann Security app on your phone. Tap Device Settings menu (Bottom right corner of the screen) and then Secure+ Plans option  (Top menu on the same screen). Tap Manage Plan. Tap Cancel Subscription to end your subscription plan.
