Hi all,

I have a NVR8-8780RN system, only been installed a month or 2.

When looking on the Swann Security App for laptop (Apple) I can see that there recorded hours on the calendar as it has a little orange mark under the date but unable to watch this recording.

I am only able to watch the most recent 24hrs. Currently is showing 7 days worth of recordings, and rolling on off each day we move forward.

has anyone else had this issue?
