When I try to export from SwannView Link, the app gets to 99% downloaded, then disappears, no files are generated.  I have seen that this is a know problem with earler version, but not with the latest version apparently.  I have tried to find an older version to download, but cannot.   I have tried different drives and a USB stick.  Capture from the app works fine, so I don't think its a permission issue.
