Can't access menu. Buttons not working.
Remote and buttons on DVR do nothing.
All live feed cameras displaying video to monitor but no text.
I don't see physical reset button.
Swann load screen works and camera feeds showing.
Tried holding down "Select" while rebooting.
Tried holding down "0" on remote while rebooting.
Tried HDMI and VGA connections.
Tried Automated Swann assistant for answers but it's mostly trying to sell me a software subscription.
