NVR8-8580RN freezing when trying to log in via TV etc
Hi team, hoping for some help please.
I'm trying to log into the NVR using the TV & mouse, to update the firmware, however when I try to log in, before I can finish typing the password the system freezes & then restarts.
I've also tried to use the Windows VMS software & this is connecting VERY briefly, before disconnecting again
Its like the system is continually powercycling - the app is no longer working, the cameras are not working, I assume due to the need to download the new firmware!
Can anyone point me in the right direction please. The System is still under warranty, but I'd rather just fix it!
