DVR-4580V system
Hi, wondered if somebody might be able to help. I have a DVR-4580V system which is connected to the internet and I am able to view the live cameras / recordings through the mobile app on my Android phone and on my laptop when it's connected to the home Wi-FI on the Swann Security Pro software.
For some reason, when I have the laptop elsewhere on different WiFi, I'm not able to access live cameras or recordings on the Swann Security Pro sofware as the software advises that "Permission is declined".
Would anybody be able to point me in the right direction on how I can overcome this at all?
