Hi, I can no longer access the email account my cameras are setup with (it’s my exes & he won’t change it), but I have possession of the system as it’s mine. How can I change the email address? Can I log off & then start a whole new account?

  Hi Kate.  Contact Technical support and explain your situation.  They will send you an email asking for more information on your system in order to transfer it into your name.
