Red/Blue Police Lights ?

Hello, I bought this from Amazon (see picture below). The cameras are: NHD-1200BE.  I've never been able to turn on the police lights.  They appear to be only white.  How do I turn on the police lights?

  The red and blue lights can be activated independently through the app.

  Or they can be activated when using the siren as deterrent.
