Swann security app not displaying dropbox files. Android 10, NVR 8-8780RN. Select dropbox in the app and tap on cctv. This gives me the dropbox.com/1/connect screen with sign out at the top and signed in as xxxxxx at the bottom of the screen. Click on Allow and goes back to the dropbox screen on the app with cctv as the only other information. Repeat, repeat, always the same. No files. Logging in to dropbox using a browser shows about 1.8GB of the 2GB space in use and can start to download this as a zip file. Gmail account is the same on the NVR as the one on dropbox. NVR is correctly set up to send 2 feeds to cloud. Can access NVR from the app and view files on the recorder. Not getting anywhere with support. Has anyone any ideas?
