Does anyone at Swann have any self respect?

    Swann Support just are not the best and never have been. It's a shame, as their equipment is not that bad. When my current Swann NVR system gives up, I will be MORE than happy to increase my budget for a company that has very good reviews for Customer Support AND a relatively active Forum WITH responses and help.

    And no disrespect to Forum Users, but this is one of the most inactive Forums that I am a member of.  And there is even less input from any Swann staff (there used to be, but not now).
