Choose the software to play the file you have

HomeSafe View and .264/.avi/.mp4 - for Windows and Mac
V ideoPlayer - for Windows only
Other media player - instructions are for Windows but you can still try other software on either Windows or Mac

HomeSafe View and .264/.avi/.mp4

Open HomeSafe View software - if you don't have the software yet, you can download it from these links:
1. HomeSafe View for Windows
2. HomeSafe View for Mac

Click File located at the top left.
Select Open Video File.

Click the + icon - this will let you choose a file.

Look for the exported file - double click the file once you've found it.

Watch the clip - video will start playing.

VideoPlayer

Open the VideoPlayer - if you don't have it yet, you can download it from HERE.

Click the + icon located at the top left - this will let you choose a file.

Look for the exported file - double click the file once you've found it.

Select the file to play - double click to play the file.

Other media player

Look for the file - locate where you saved the file.

Open with your media player – right-click on the file and choose 'Open with' then choose your desired media player. VLC can play most media files
