How to hear audio on SwannView Link app?

• An Android or iOS device • SwannView Link app installed on the mobile device |
Select the camera that has the microphone on SwannView Link app
- Once you have loaded the cameras, choose the channel that has microphone or audio. The box will be highlighted once done.
- Better yet, double tap the channel to make it in full screen. This way, you can be sure that the channel where the microphone is connected is selected.
- Tap on the Sound button at the lower right since by default, it’s on mute.

- Suggest raising the volume of his phone.
- Make sure your earphones are properly plugged in.
