When you get this error message, this means you entered a blank or incorrect username / password.
To resolve this, the following must be done:
- Get the username and password from the unit – login to your unit to ensure that you have the right credentials.
- In case you can’t login, then you need to reset your credentials and once done, use the username and password you set.
