Scenario 1: Still Logged In, but Can’t Access Old Email
If you're still signed into the Swann Security app, you're in luck — you can change your email right from your profile settings.
Why this helps: Updating your email ensures you’ll continue receiving important alerts and notifications from Swann.
Choose Your Phone Type
Open the Swann Security App, tap then
In the field, tap the button.
No option to edit? Make sure to install the latest version of Swann Security.
Enter your new email address in the fields provided, then tap button.
A prompt will appear to verify that an email was sent to your new email address.
Check your inbox and tap "Verify email" to confirm the changes.
"Your email has been updated."—this will confirm that the email has been updated. Next time you login to the app, you should now use the new email address.
