Refunds can only be provided for products purchased directly from Swann (Swann.com, Swann Store on eBay, Swann Store on Amazon) when there is no fault and if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. It is less than 7 days since the product was purchased.
  2. The product is complete and is in resaleable condition.
    1. No physical damage to the product including cables and accessories.
    2. No defect or damage from installation or use. (We do not have field technicians or installers).
    3. No aesthetic and surface damage or scratches to all surfaces and other external parts.
    4. No exposure to excessive temperature or humidity and other environmental conditions encountered.
    5. No repairs or alterations by anyone other than authorized Swann service personnel.
  3. The product is not special-order.
  4. You have retained your order reference, invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.

  2. Choose Sales & Orders.
  3. Enter your Order No.
  4. Wait for our Customer Service's reply and confirmation of your claim.
