Depending on the model of your recorder, here are different ways to enable or disable watermark:
Remove Watermark via Swann Security App
NOTE: The option to remove watermark via Swann Security app is only available on selected recorder models. If you can't see this option, follow the steps here instead.
Choose Your Phone Type
Android
- Go to then choose your recorder.
- Tap on then
- Toggle the switch to disable
iOS
- Go to then choose your recorder.
- Tap on then
- Toggle the switch to disable
Remove Watermark via Recorder's Settings
By default, the Swann logo is overlaid as a watermark for each camera or channel.
EliteX™ System
For EliteX™ system, follow these steps to disable watermark:
- Go to Configuration > System > General
- Set Watermark to
Off - Click to save the settings
Other Swann Security Recorder
For other DVR, NVR, SecureAlert™, AllSecure, MaxRanger4K™ Power Hub, or AdvancedX™ system, follow these steps to disable watermark:
- Go to Menu > System > General
- Beside Watermark, click the drop-down menu and choose
Disable - Click on to save.
NOTE: Once disabled, future recordings will not have the watermark.
