Check the Motion settings
-
Access Menu then go to Alarm > Motion.
-
On each channel, Disable the Buzzer to your desire. If Enable, it triggers the buzzer to alert you whenever the camera detects movement,
- Click on Save to save the settings.
Check Advanced Events if beeping continues
- Access Menu then go to Advanced > Events.
- On each Event Type, the Buzzer should be OFF to your desire.
- Click on Save to save the settings.
Here are different Event Types:
- No Space on Disk – Overwrite is disable; check the settings.
- Disk Error – can be HDD is not detected; may need to format if still detected
- Video Loss – one channel loses or doesn’t have a camera detected; the recorder is smart enough to identify if there WAS a camera connected or not, no need to worry about ‘what if there is really no camera on ch4’ for example
NOTE: Both settings can also send email; therefore, if the issue is similar but via email, check the same settings.
