I used SwannView Plus, SwannView Link, AlwaysSafe, or SwannView before. Can I use the Swann Security app with the same recorder? – Swann

Any DVR, NVR, and NVW that worked with the following apps are NOT compatible with Swann Security app and software.

AlwaysSafe
Swannview
SwannView Pro

Each series of recorder models have a different software version (operating system). There is no firmware update for your model to make it compatibility with the Swann Security app as the compatibility lies with the hardware. Thus, whatever app worked with your recorder's model is the same one that is still compatible. Note that these apps can still be downloaded on Android 13 or lower.
