Need to confirm if your MaxRanger4K™ security camera is charging?
There are two ways to do it:

Turn on your MaxRanger4K™ camera - If
the camera is off, the LED will not display.
Why this helps? The charging indicator only activates when the device is powered on. - Look for a solid blue LED - A blue LED light means the camera is charging successfully.

Troubleshooting No Blue Light or Charging Icon
If the LED does not turn blue, try these steps:
- Confirm the camera is powered on - No LED shows if the camera is off.

- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected on both ends.
- Try another USB port if you have a MaxRanger4K™ Power Hub
- Test with another cable - A damaged or incompatible cable may prevent charging.

Recommended Charging Method
For reliable charging, always use the included USB-A to USB-C cable:
- Connect the USB-A end to the USB port of the Power Hub or Base Station.
- Connect the USB-C end to your MaxRanger4K™ camera.
Important Note:
- Do not use fast chargers or USB Power Delivery (USB PD) chargers.
- These charging methods are not compatible with the MaxRanger4K™ camera and may prevent it from charging.
