- On another device, download Swann Security app
- Login the same Swann Security account you use on your primary device used for remote access.
Swann Security recorders and standalone cameras can only be paired to a single Swann Security account.
If you want family members or other trusted individuals to access your cameras, they’ll need to log into the Swann Security app on their phones using your Swann Security account.
