This change is actually an improvement! For users meeting these requirements, recordings are now saved directly to Swann's Cloud server instead of Dropbox. This provides a smoother and more seamless playback experience within the Swann Security app.
Where Can I Check My Recorder's Agent Version
Using the Swann Security app, go to your device's settings, then go to About Device (Android) / Technical Details (iOS).
You can also access the Main Menu using a mouse and monitor connected to your recorder, then go to System > Information.

What Does Swann Security Cloud Offer
- Cloud Storage Duration: 60 days of cloud storage.
- Channel Upload Capabilities: All channels can upload clips triggered by human detection. Please note that two clips will be uploaded at a time.
- Full Clip Upload: Unlike Dropbox, full video clips are uploaded to the Swann Security cloud.
- Human Detection Uploads: Only clips with human detection are uploaded to the cloud.
