How to Pair an Add-on NVW Camera to the Hub

This guide shows you how to pair an Add-on camera via the Hub's interface.
Before You Begin
- Make sure that the add-on camera is charged or powered on.
- Ensure that it is near the hub during pairing.
- Choose your Camera Model Number
Quick reminder! An add-on camera must be connected to a compatible recorder to be viewed on a phone or computer. Refer to this Camera Compatibility Chart to check the compatible recorder for this camera.
Pairing Using the Hub's Menu
Ideal for wired setups or users who prefer physical interfaces. Requires mouse + monitor connected to the hub
- From Live View, click the camera icon at the top-right of an empty channel.
- The hub will enter pairing mode and start scanning.

Press and hold the pairing button to start pairing it to the recorder.
- For NVW-500CAM or NVW-800CAM: Remove the cap covering the pair button. Press and hold the pair button for 3 seconds, then release. The pairing will commence, and the camera’s IR LEDs will start flashing.
- For NVW-600CMB or NVW-AS4KCAM: Remove the cap covering the pair button. Press and hold the pair button for 5 seconds, then release. The pairing will commence, and the camera’s IR LEDs will start flashing.
- Wait a few moments—the camera feed will appear once pairing is complete.
