Answer: Remove the included microSD card, then repeat the pairing process.
Weak Wi-Fi signals due to distance or physical obstructions can cause connectivity issues; however, if you pair the device while near the router, another possible factor is an incorrect Wi-Fi password.
Basic Troubleshooting
The basic troubleshooting are:
- When pairing the camera, do it near your router to eliminate weak signals.
- Connect your phone to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
- Make sure to enter the correct Wi-Fi password.
- If all else fails, factory reset the camera and repeat the pairing process.
This usually resolves the issue; however, according to some users who had this issue on their Xtreem4K™ and SwannBuddy4K™, it appears their issue was resolved when they removed the microSD card; located where the SET and RST buttons are.
