A user account in Swann Security for PC and Mac is created to have limited access to the devices that are already added to the software. This is not the same user account that you may have set on the recorders themselves. This is also not related to the Swann Security account in mobile device as that doesn't have Guest access.

How to Add a User
To add a user to the program, open the Swann Security and log in your admin account first. Then, follow the instructions below:
- Click 'Home'
- Click 'Account Management'
- Click the '+' at the top right
- Enter your preferred username and password
- Disable (uncheck) features that you don't want the user to gain access
- Click 'OK' to save
How to Switch User
- Click the 'Switch User icon' to expand the option
- Click 'Switch User'
- The login prompt will appear. Click the 'dropdown' and select the account you want to use and enter its password, then click 'Login'
To logout, close the program.
How to Delete the User Account
- Go back to 'Account Management', then click the 'bin icon'.
- Click 'Yes' to proceed.
