What Should I Do
1. Contact the seller to raise a dispute
If the doorbell was purchased from an unauthorized third party (e.g. eBay, Facebook Marketplace), reach out to the seller directly to request a refund or resolution, citing that the product was reported stolen and is not valid for registration or warranty.
2. Dispute the purchase via your Master/VISA card
If the seller is unresponsive or refuses a refund, contact your bank or card issuer to initiate a chargeback.
