DVRx-2550 / DVRx-2600 - How to playback .264 video files on a PC (Windows only)
The Playback application is saved in the software disk that came with your Swann system. Install this in your computer so that you will be able to play the recordings that you backed up in your USB flashdrive or memory stick. If you do not have the software disk, click below to download it.
Open the Playback application on your computer
Click the PLUS or the Add button at the bottom right area and select either Files (to play single video file) or Folder (to play a list of video files)
In the Look in drop down box, find the USB flash drive or memory stick that contains the video files. Those videos will be saved in a folder called RecordFile.
Select the video file that you want to see and click the Open button.
Double click on the video in the list on the right side of the Playback application to start playing it.
