My DVRx-1500 is not showing the correct date and time Follow
The 1500 series DVRs are able to automatically adjust the date and time if they have a connection to the internet or to a local time server if you are operating one.
Make sure to check the following settings on the system:
- NTP setting
- DNS addresses
- DST
- Check the NTP setting of the system. By default, the Server Address is ‘pool.ntp.org’. This should work; however, you can change it depending where the system is located.
For USA – us.pool.ntp.org
For Canada – ca.pool.ntp.org
For Australia – au.pool.ntp.org
For Russia – ru.pool.ntp.org

Then, make sure the Time Zone is correct as well.
2. Make sure that the DNS addresses are also correct. We recommend that you use your router's IP address as the primary and the Google public DNS as the secondary (fallback).
Changing the DNS addresses requires a reboot on the system.
3. Daylight Savings may need to be activated to make sure the time is absolutely correct. Your government's website will usually have information on the correct daylight savings period.
