Before You Start:
Make sure:
- Your mobile data is turned on, or
- You're connected to a working Wi-Fi network.

Check Wi-Fi or Mobile Data
- Go to Settings > Tap Network & internet
- Check if Wi-Fi is connected or Mobile data is turned on
Why this helps? The app needs internet access to load your cameras and security feeds.

Toggle Airplane Mode On and Off
- Swipe down to access Quick Settings
- Tap the Airplane mode icon to turn it on, wait 5 seconds, then turn it off.

Reopen the Swann Security App
- Close the app completely
- Reopen it to refresh the connection.

Check Internet Connection
- Go to Settings > Tap Wi-Fi or Mobile Data
- Make sure you’re connected to a working network
