Error: Failed to commit reset password

Clicking an expired reset link or already used reset link may still ask you to enter your new password; but once you submit it, an error message will appear.
How to Fix This
- Request for a password reset again via Swann Security app
- Make sure to click the link from the latest or newest email that you received.
