What countries do you ship to?
Many consumer electronics brands and not just Swann have similar region-specific product and shipping policies. These restrictions are in place due to:
- Regulatory compliance (e.g., power standards, wireless certifications)
- Warranty and support limitations
- Trade barriers (tariffs, import restrictions)
- Logistics and distribution agreements
Each Swann regional store operates independently to comply with local regulations, certifications, and warranty support. As such, products ordered from a specific regional store require a domestic shipping address within the same region.
In addition, an item code that is available in one store but not another can only be shipped domestically; Swann Store does not currently provide international shipping to consumers.

USA
Swann offers free shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. Swann does not currently ship to orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses or any US Territories.
Canada
Australia
We deliver in all states of Australia. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
United Kingdom
We deliver to all regions of the United Kingdom.
Europe
We currently ship to:

Swann Store does not ship to the following:
Japan
Swann products are available on Uniqstyle.co.jp.
Japanese online stores like Uniqstyle typically do not provide international shipping and only ship within Japan.
Taiwan
Swann products are available via affiliated distributors and retailers in Taiwan. Please inquire with one of the retailers listed on the website tw.swann.com > retailers.
New Zealand
Swann Store does not ship directly to New Zealand consumers but to an affiliated distributor for associated retailers. Please inquire with Harvey Norman NZ, JB Hi-Fi NZ, Bunnings NZ and PB Tech for available products online and in-store.
Ireland
The official Swann Store does not offer direct shipping to the Republic of Ireland. Shipping policies mainly cover the UK (including Northern Ireland).
If you’re in the Republic of Ireland and want Swann products, you have two main options:
- Use a UK forwarding address via a package forwarding service. These services give you a UK address and then ship to Ireland for a fee. Note that the same method must be used for warranty claims or returns after purchase.
- Check local distributors or retailers in Ireland—sometimes Swann products are available through third-party sellers.
