7. Why didn't the discount code work?

Any offers with a discount code are single use only, and the price is displayed when you add the item to cart and apply the discount code. The discount is applicable to RRP/MSRP. Not valid with any other offer and on full price products only. Unless stipulated, the discount is off the product price only and shipping is still applicable.

If, before making a purchase, you find an identical Swann product advertised at a lower price by an authorised Australian retailer, Swann may match that price.

To request a price match, you must provide:

Evidence of the retailer’s current advertised price, and
Evidence of the same product and price from the Swann Store, both from the same date
The product must be:
- Identical (same item SKU)
- Currently available from both Swann and the authorised retailer

Only retailers on our authorised Australian retailers list are eligible for price matching.
