Does Swann do trade-ins or exchanges?
In general, no. Swann does not offer trade-in programs or direct exchanges for different models.
Within the return window:
If your product is still within the allowed number of days from the date of purchase (as per Swann’s return policy), you can request a refund through the original retailer or point of purchase. After the refund is processed, you may purchase the model you prefer.

Outside the return window:
If the product is past the return period but within the standard warranty period, a technical assessment is required to determine eligibility for replacement for technical concerns.
Important: Replacements can only be issued for the same model (or an equivalent if the original is discontinued), not for a different model.
