How to Get Priority Customer Support with Secure+
Secure+ members receive Priority Customer Support, which allows them to:
- Skip ahead in the phone support queue
- Have their emails and support requests reviewed before non‑subscriber submissions
This benefit applies to all Swann products compatible with the Swann Security app.
Below are the steps to subscribe, link your plan to a device, and contact Support with Priority status.
1. Subscribe to Secure+
You can subscribe directly within the Swann Security app.
Steps:
- Open the Swann Security app on your mobile device.
- Go to Account or Subscription (depending on your app version).
- Select Secure+ Plans to view available options.
- Choose the plan that best suits your needs (e.g., Basic, Plus, or Unlimited).
- Follow the prompts to complete your subscription.
2. Link Your Secure+ Plan to a Device
After subscribing, make sure your Secure+ plan is correctly linked to your Swann device.
Steps:
- Ensure your device is already added to the Swann Security app.
- Go to Account → Subscription → Manage Devices.
- Select the device(s) you want to associate with your Secure+ plan.
- Confirm the assignment — the app will show a status message once the device is linked.
Your device is now eligible for Secure+ benefits, including Priority Support.
3. Contact Swann Customer Support for Priority Assistance
Once your subscription is active and linked, you automatically receive Priority Support.
How to Get Priority Phone Support
- Open the Swann Security app.
- Tap the menu icon (top left).
- Tap Support. A unique support code will be generated.
- Write down your unique support code.
- Tap Call to connect with Swann Support.
- Tap Call Priority Support. Depending on the country your profile is registered in, it will show the local support phone number to our priority queue, and the user can tap it to call.
- Provide your support code when your call is picked up. The support assistant will use it to verify your Secure+ member status.
Note: If you call that support number without an active subscription, your call will be transferred to non-subscriber queues.
How to Get Priority Email Support
- Sign in to our Support Center.
- Go to Contact Us → Email → Submit a Request.
- Ensure your email address is the same one that you used in the Swann Security app.
- Identify the type of Secure+ plan you are subscribed to is in the subject.
- Click on Submit.
