How to Subscribe
Here are the steps you should follow to subscribe to Secure+ Plan using Swann Security for Android:
Tap on then
Tap a plan to choose (i.e Unlimited) then tap
A prompt will appear to let you choose a billing period.
Tap a billing period to choose Annual or Monthly (i.e Annual).
A prompt will appear to verify the details, then choose your preferred payment method, then tap button.
Here are the steps you should follow to subscribe to Secure+ Plan using Swann Security for iOS:
Tap on then
Tap a plan (i.e Unlimited) to choose it, then select
You will see the devices that the plan covers.
Tap a billing period (i.e Annual) to choose.
A prompt will appear to verify the details, then tap
Update Secure+ Plan
Choose the device that you have from the tabs below:
NOTE: You can only manage your subscription on the same device type you originally subscribed (i.e. via iOS or Android device)
Choose your preferred option below:
- Via Google Play: You can also manage your Google Play subscriptions via the web by clicking here
- Via Swann Security app: Menu or 'Devices' tab

To ALL customers with Swann Secure+ Service Plan via Web:
As of Nov 2022, this service has been discontinued, but your subscription and benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Once the billing cycle concludes, your subscription will automatically expire and will not be renewed.
To continue enjoying Secure+ benefits, you can initiate a new subscription through the Swann Security app on your mobile device. For further details, select the Android or iOS tabs in this article.
