When you get this error message in the Swann Security app Live View tab, this means each camera or device has disabled.
To resolve this:
- Tap the gear icon.
- Check the boxes checkbox beside Show live view for all cameras you want to see.
If this did not resolve your issue, please contact Swan Tech Support via Chat. Please type "network connectivity" and go through the prompts until you are asked to provide the model number and your Swann Security account email.
