S/No or serial number

S/No that you see on the product code sticker underneath the recorder or on a camera is NOT the model number. It does not tell our Support team specifically which Swann device or product you have. Rather it is a manufacturing number for warranty control.

The model number of your product starts with NVR, DVR, NVW, SWIFI, PRO, or NHD followed by letters and/or numbers (see samples highlighted in yellow/red).
