  • Dec 10, 2024 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM GMT
  • Dec 9, 2024 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM PST
• What’s Happening: Upgrading our database system to a new version.
• Impact on Users: During this maintenance window, access to the Swann Security App will be temporarily unavailable.

When you try to open the Swann Security App during this time, you’ll see a pop-up notification explaining the maintenance. Once the migration is complete, the Swann Security App will be back online, and you can resume all your normal activities.

Rest assured, your security devices will continue to operate without interruption during this period. Here’s what will remain fully functional:

• Recording and playback: Your devices will still record events as usual.
• Notifications: You’ll continue receiving alerts for any detected activity.
• SwannShield and Deterrent Features: Automated triggers, such as lights or sirens, will remain active to deter unwanted activity.

The only temporary limitation will be the inability to access or interact with the Swann Security App.
