Priority Support

Jump the Queue with Priority Support
Forget waiting in line. With Secure+, you're at the front, always. Enjoy expedited service and expert assistance whenever you need it, ensuring your questions are answered and issues resolved promptly. To call:

  1. Tap the menu icon on the top left and tap Support.
  2. Write down your unique support code will be generated on the app.
         (In iOS device, unique code will appear after step 3)
  3. Then, tap on Call.

Just below it, tap Call Priority Support. Depending on the country, it will show the local support phone number and the user can tap it to call.

 

Not a subscriber? The Priority Support numbers will not be visible on the Swann Security app. Instead, it will show the technical support number. The app will also give you an option to become a Swann Security subscriber.
