If you're switching from an older NVR to our new EliteX™ system, please note that your old camera Ethernet cables might not be compatible.
This is because the newer EliteX system requires more advanced connections. If you're still using cables from your old kit, it's best to replace them with new ones that are designed for EliteX. This will ensure a smooth and reliable connection for your cameras.
