How to Delete Your Swann Security Account
WARNING: Deleting your account will also delete Cloud recordings and they are irretrievable.
Recordings saved to your camera in its micro SD or to your recorder in either micro SD or HDD won’t be affected and will still remain.Deleting the account doesn't cancel your Secure+ subscription
Choose Your Phone Type
Open Swann Security app, tap the then choose
Tap
Enter your email address then tap to confirm your action.
Are you getting "Email does not match, please try again" error?
Simply make sure that you enter the same email shown on the Email Address field; make sure there's no space or incorrect letter casing.
A warning message will appear. Please read carefully.
If you want to proceed, tap
A confirmation message will appear stating that the account has been deleted.
Tap to exit.
